The search is over. 19-year-old web designer Alicia Hall is the newest Sports Illustrated swimsuit model. Alicia will be featured in the new Sports Illustrated swimsuit issue, which will hit newstands on Feb. 15. She also wins a one million dollar modeling contract with Next Model Management.
